The College Tour
As a Miami University enthusiast and tour guide, I was destined to represent the school in a big way.
The College Tour is an award winning Amazon Prime Video show meant to tour prospective students around schools across country, opening up their secondary education knowledge and possibilities all from the comfort of their home or where you stream. Each episode features a new school and is directed and stared by the students.

Landing the Role
I auditioned for the production team and university staff. I highlighted my connection to Oxford, OH and Miami. My grandfather was a mathematics professor at Miami for over 40 years and my parents are not only alumni, but coveted “Miami Mergers”.
With an arsenal of childhood pictures playing in the uptown park fountains and the bribe of my sweet grandparents being available to co-star in my segment, I booked the part!

A Proud Achievement
This experience remains one of my most proud achievements and will forever preserve my family’s legacy and time at Miami University. Not only can prospective students enjoy the episode, but I was ablet o recognize and celebrate my grandparents and parents for all they’ve done for me. And one day my children, grandchildren, their children and so on will be able to watch and learn a little bit about our family history in a small town surrounded by cornfields and the original public ivy.
